Akira broke through the wind running freely. Her paws were caked in dust. It was early in the morning and now she was free to venture as far as she wanted too instead of sleeping. Akira was always an early bird. The sky was dark with twinkling stars - no sunlight on this planet. It was bitter and cold. The air was moist. Her stomach growled. "I guess it's time for breakfast." she muttered with a chuckle.
Akira had no idea what she could catch this early. Most of time she could withstand her hunger until more animals were awake. A red bird pecked at the ground. She smiled at it. "The bird eats the worm and the wolf eats the bird. Looks like a miniature food chain to me." Akira leaped into the air. Any skilled hunter should know that birds are faster than you and immediately take to the air for safety. If you're already in the air, it's harder for the bird to get away. She snapped down on the red bird and sank in her fangs then fell back down and landed with a thud. The bird cried piteously as the wolf easily split and crippled it's bones with the force of her jaws. It died. Akira devoured her kill. It was a ruthless hunt.
It'd be almost 9:00 in the morning if the time was calculated on earth. She decided to go back to the dens. "Hello, anyone in here?" It was abandoned except for a white and silver wolf who didn't seem to notice Akira. She called again; "Hello, my name is Akira. What's yours?" Ari was a bit frightened. Number one, she had startled her. Number two, Akira looked strange. Arielle replied:
